I sent in a couple of photos of the current band to be replaced and had an answer the next day, paid for it and two days I had a new band, Super service, really appreciate it!!!

I sent in my watch and it was delivered. I have, however, not heard anything else about the status. The website said that I would receive an email upon receipt, but so far, nothing.
