Esprit Watch Battery Replacement

All Battery replacements have a 2 year warranty. If your watch battery fails/loses its charge within 24 months, Beringstores.com will replace the battery and pay for shipping-White Glove Service. 

There are 3 Levels of Battery Replacement Service

Basic- You are responsible for shipping to and from our facility. Do not forget to purchase Shipping Insurance

U send to Us- We will send you the shipping labels to and from and you will package the watch. Do not forget to purchase Shipping Insurance

White Glove- We will send you the Box and all labels and envelopes for the cleanest and easiest experience possible. Do not forget to purchase Shipping Insurance

Once we receive your watch, we will email you that we have received it.

Process of Battery Replacement

Visualize and clean the internals

Replace the watch battery    

Identify if anything else needs attending to (gaskets and seals, time is slow, band is worn...)

Seal the watch

Polish the outside of your watch

Send the watch back to you.

Do not forget to purchase shipping insurance for your watches. Beringstores.com cannot be responsible for your watch while UPS has it.
